Youth is a figure that always leads to the development. Development, the order of life, more or less influenced by the role the youth. In 1928, the youths gathered and vowed to strengthen the unity of Indonesia. These pledges we know as the oath of youth.
With the youth pledge from different ethnic, cultural, linguistic and regional background we fight under one spirit of Indonesian independence.
Who is not familiar with the nation's first president Sukarno of Indonesia?
No one is in doubt on his passion in a variety of speeches for supporting the youth in order to maintain the independence of the Indonesian nation.
The long journey to independence of Indonesia describes us how much influence the youth in the order of life. Then as a young generation, do we have contribution to the community, nation, religion and especially those in our self?

Do we contribute good things in development? It’s easy. The main contribution of youth like us today is to fill the development with study hard. We need to study hard to face the future life. Science and technology must be in our hands. We need to improve quality of life.

Development here is not only related physical things, but it can also relate to the spiritual side. And that's the principle of development, a need of balance between material and spiritual.
There are three things that underlie the foundation of development:
1. Young people have a brilliant brain
2. Young people have a strong physical
3. Young people have the attitude that objective.
Those three components above are as the basis of physical development, to provide a balance to the physical development. Moreover, youth have to also notice three things that underlie spiritual development:
1. Youth have a strong belief
2. Youth is always committed and in worship
3. Youth have good manners or morals attitude.

“The volcano’s alert status had been raised since Wednesday after the Yogyakarta-based volcanology Board recorded a number of tremors inside the volcano”, said Yulianto, head of the Merapi Observatory Post at Semiran village, Boyolali district, Central Java, on Thursday.

Mangrove Trees
A mangrove is a tropical marine tree or shrub of the genus Rhizhopora. Mangroves have special aerial roots and salt-filtering tap roots that enable them to thrive in brackish water (brackish water is salty, but not as salty as sea water).
There are several species of mangrove tress found all over the world. Some prefer more salinity, while others like to be very close to a large fresh water source (such as a river). Some prefer areas that are sheltered from waves. Some species have roots covered with sea water everyday during high tide. Other species grow on dry land, but are still part of the ecosystem.
Mangroves need to keep their trunk and leaves above the surface of the water. Yet they also need to be firmly attached to the ground so they are not moved by waves. There are three types of mangrove roots that play an important role for it:

(2) level-growing roots which twist upwards and downwards, with the upward twists emerging on the water surface.
(3) level-growing roots whose downward twist (sub-roots) appear on the water surface.

Nuclear power is generated by using uranium, which is a metal mined in various parts of the world. The first large-scale nuclear power station was opened at Calder Hall in Cumbria, England, in 1956.

Mangrove Trees
A mangrove is a tropical marine tree or shrub of the genus Rhizhopora. Mangroves have special aerial roots and salt-filtering tap roots that enable them to thrive in brackish water (brackish water is salty, but not as salty as sea water).
There are several species of mangrove tress found all over the world. Some prefer more salinity, while others like to be very close to a large fresh water source (such as a river). Some prefer areas that are sheltered from waves. Some species have roots covered with sea water everyday during high tide. Other species grow on dry land, but are still part of the ecosystem.
Mangroves need to keep their trunk and leaves above the surface of the water. Yet they also need to be firmly attached to the ground so they are not moved by waves. There are three types of mangrove roots that play an important role for it:
(1) support roots which directly pierce the soil.
(2) level-growing roots which twist upwards and downwards, with the upward twists emerging on the water surface.
(3) level-growing roots whose downward twist (sub-roots) appear on the water surface.

Dear Editor,
We are writing to complain about ads on TV. There are so many ads, especially during our favorite programs. We think they should be stopped for a number of reasons.
First, ads are nuisance. They go on for a long time and there are so many. Sometimes there seems to be too many ads in one program. Seconds, ads are a bad influence on people. They try to encourage people to buy unhealthy food like beer, soft drink, candy and chips. And they make people want things they do not really need and cannot afford. It can lead to consumerism. Some programs that are not so popular get stopped because they do not attract enough ads, even though those programs may be someone’s favorite.

Dear Editor,
We are writing to complain about ads on TV. There are so many ads, especially during our favorite programs. We think they should be stopped for a number of reasons.
First, ads are nuisance. They go on for a long time and there are so many. Sometimes there seems to be too many ads in one program. Seconds, ads are a bad influence on people. They try to encourage people to buy unhealthy food like beer, soft drink, candy and chips. And they make people want things they do not really need and cannot afford. It can lead to consumerism.
